Plain version: Caddence is a free price-comparison tool. We work hard to keep prices accurate, but we are not the seller, so always confirm the price on the retailer's own site before you buy. By using Caddence you agree to the terms below.
Who we are
Caddence is a trading name of Jupe Engineering Technology Ltd (company number 16560893), registered in England and Wales. "Caddence", "we" and "us" refer to this service at caddence.golf.
What Caddence is
Caddence aggregates publicly available pricing from UK retailers and shows it in one place, alongside price history and deals. We don't sell anything directly. When you click through to a retailer, the purchase, payment, delivery, warranty and returns are solely between you and that retailer.
Pricing accuracy and availability
We update prices daily and do our best to keep them accurate, but prices and stock change on the retailer's side at any time, and errors happen. The price and availability shown on Caddence are for guidance only. Always confirm the final price on the retailer's own site before buying. We are not responsible for pricing or stock errors, and the service is provided without any warranty that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Affiliate links
Caddence earns a commission from some retailer links when you buy, at no extra cost to you. These affiliate relationships never affect the prices we show or how products are ranked. The cheapest price wins, even when it costs us the commission. See About for more.
Our content and intellectual property
The Caddence name, design, and the way we organise and present pricing data are ours and are protected by law. Product names, brands and images belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify products. You may link to and personally use the site, but you may not copy, scrape or republish our data or content without our permission.
Acceptable use
Please don't bulk-extract or copy our data, attempt to break into or disrupt our systems, or use the service for anything unlawful. We may rate-limit or block automated access that degrades the service for others, and we may suspend access that breaches these terms.
Third-party sites
Caddence links to retailer and other third-party sites. We don't control them and aren't responsible for their content, prices, policies or practices. Your use of those sites is governed by their own terms.
Limitation of liability
Caddence is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from purchasing decisions made using information shown here, or from your use of, or inability to use, the service. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot legally be limited.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time; the date above shows the latest version. Continuing to use Caddence after a change means you accept the updated terms.
If part of these terms doesn't apply
If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest still applies.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes are subject to the courts of England and Wales.
